We prepare and pack everything ourselves in Shillong. That way we know how every pack has been handled before it reaches the shop.

Start it in a cold pan and let the fat melt slowly. It crisps on its own.

Lay a few slices on warm buttered bread for an easy lunch.

Brown them slowly over a low flame so the cheese has time to melt.

Cook them in the oven, a pan or an air fryer when nobody feels like cooking.

Our chicken range has sausages, cocktail sausages, frankfurters, salami, nuggets and meatballs.

Our pork range has smoked and sliced ham, bacon, chorizo, salami, sausages and more.

Black pepper grown in Meghalaya goes into all our sausages, along with local chillies, herbs and spices.
